About our Company
Eunistar is a registered health and social care organisation within England and Wales. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide a wide range of mental health, community health, social care and wellbeing services to adults with varying needs.
Our work is governed by key legislations which includes the Care Act 2014, Health and Social Care Act 2008, Human Right Act 1998, Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005 amongst others.
We provide regulated activities to individuals in their own homes, Approved Premises, Supported Living Accommodation and Residential Crisis Houses.
Eunistar work using the Multi-Agency models of care which includes Police, Ambulance, Health and Social Care Professionals (G.P, Pharmacy, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Nurses etc). We provide a supportive role to individuals and their families in the community and hospital settings as well as:
Advice and Information, Screening | Comprehensive and Risk assessment | Mental Capacity Assessment | Devise SMART recovery and Positive Behavioural Support Plans | Structured Programmes with measurable outcomes | Neuro-Affirming | Regular review of needs with appointed professionals | Health Promotion and other Public Health Models of Care | Resettlement package (for Asylum Seekers or Refugees).
